What is a Dago?

what is a dago?

The Answer:

Hey!
If by "Dago" you mean the food "Dako", then it is a traditional type of salad from the island of Crete made by fresh tomatoes, a white type of cheese "myzithra" or sometimes "feta", olives, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano, all placed on slightly wet rusk.
