How to reach the port of Volos from the airport of Volos

The Question:

Hi Stavros,I am arriving Volos airport on 3 September at 11.50 and want to travel on to Allonisos by boat. I see there is a ferry/Flying cat at 13.00.How do we get to the Volos Port from the airport and how much time do we need to plan?

Hey Paul!
The only way to reach the Volos port from the airport of Volos is to take a taxi from there. It shouldn't take you long to reach the port since it is very close to the city of Volos, so you should estimate no more than 30 minutes.
