Are the monasteries in Meteora reached by car?

Do you know if it is possible to reach any of the monasteries by car - 300 steps in the heat sounds a bit daunting!

Actually all monasteries can be reached by car, but this is up to one point. Unfortunately, the 300 steps for the specific monastery are unavoidable, since the location of the building of the monastery is on either the top of these huge and steep cliffs or at their side but carved into the cliff. An extraordinary sight!
